We want you to love your Flowy sheets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been washed, used, or are not in original condition are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
