We want your Flowy sheets to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

• Standard Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (fee calculated at checkout)
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day (fee calculated at checkout)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Flowy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at our contact page.
